Welcome to 4 Good Studios, where we offer exciting paint and sip parties, arts and crafts events, and homeschool art lessons. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
These terms apply to:
- Paint & Sip Parties at Local Wineries
- Arts & Crafting Parties at Art Studio
- Online Homeschool Art Lessons
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process
To book any event or class, you must complete the booking process via our website or by contacting us directly. Payments for bookings are due at the time of reservation. All events are subject to availability.
2.2. Payment
All payments must be made via cash, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, or electronically, etc. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
2.3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not receive a refund but may be eligible for a credit for a future event.
- In the case of no-shows or failure to cancel within the required timeframe, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
2.4. Group Bookings
For group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Please check the specific requirements when booking.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. Waiver of Liability
By attending any of our events, you agree that 4 Good Studios, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event. This includes accidents related to the use of materials, tools, or alcohol consumption at the venue.
3.2. Alcohol Consumption (for Winery Events)
If you are attending a paint-and-sip party at a winery, you must be at least 21 years of age or the legal drinking age in your location. You are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. 4 Good Studios is not responsible for over-consumption or any consequences arising from alcohol consumption.
3.3. Medical Conditions and Special Needs
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may require accommodation. This includes conditions related to the materials used in arts and crafts or alcohol consumption.
4. Age Restrictions
- Paint & Sip Parties at Wineries: Must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your area).
- Arts and Crafting Parties at Studios: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Homeschool Art Lessons: These lessons are intended for children aged 6 and above. Parental consent is required for minors.
5. Event Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner during all events. Any disruptive behavior that affects the enjoyment or safety of others may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. This applies to all events, including in-person and online.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during events (such as videos, images, lesson plans, etc.) remain the intellectual property of 4 Good Studios. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express written consent.
7. Termination of Services
4 Good Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, exhibits disruptive behavior, or violates any laws or regulations during an event.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
